Bob and Lori, Hi, it's Kyle. I adopted Sarah from you about a month ago. I just wanted to write and thank the two of you for all of your help while I was looking to adopt. I am sure that the long distance calls were not cheap, yet you had the patience to answer all of the questions that I had and never made me feel rushed. It really made me more comfortable with the entire process. The puppy is amazing and has adapted to her new surroundings very well. She has the perfect combination of sugar and spunk. Everyone that has met her has fallen in love and has commented on how sweet and intelligent she is. I feel very lucky that I was able to find the two of you and was able to adopt a perfect puppy.
